REFUNDS:
By enrolling as a Member in our classes you are committing to a complete term as specified on the sign up forms. We do not offer refunds if there is an issue with the service that is outside of our control. i.e change of mind, missed classes due to children being unwell.
No refund will be given where session is missed or for early withdrawal from sessions during the term. 

Lockdowns: All sessions missed due to a lockdown will be rescheduled on the same day, same time in to the next ‘term’. If a session has to be cancelled and a catch-up session is not available, that fee will be refunded or credited for next term.

Venue Hire: $50 deposit is non-refundable unless lockdowns occur.

TRIALS & STAND-BY LIST
(For baby classes and playgroups only)
We have a ‘stand-by list’ which you can be part of and essentially trial a session (for $20.00 to be paid by card on arrival). This offers everyone the opportunity to experience our sessions before you commit to enrolling for the term. If you do like the class and decide you’d like to join, if there are no spots available you will need to put your name on our waitlist.
